Nursery Highlights

This week in Nursery during topic we have been learning about our senses, we have been using our senses to feel, see, hear, smell and taste different things. On Wednesday we did a taste test where the children tasted melon, avocado, strawberries, lemon and crisps. The children used some great words to describe the different tastes and some even surprised the teachers when they said their favourite taste was the lemon! In maths this week we have been sorting objects by size, colour and shape, the children have also been thinking of their own ways to sort objects as well. Well done everybody for a great first half term in nursery, the children have settled in very well and we are all looking forward to lots more fun next term!
