In Reception this week we have started our Celebrations topic. As part of this topic, we have been reading the story Kipper’s Birthday and talking about why and how birthdays are celebrated. We then made cakes and talked about how the mixture changes. In our Explore and Learn session this week we collected natural materials and used them to make pictures, the chidlren made trees, houses, dinosaurs, a school bus, butterflies as well as many other pictures.
