A group of Year 3 and 4 have returned this week from their final Ufton Court residential. Since September they have been developing their readiness, confidence, teamwork and communication skills. Their trip this week finished with a beautiful snowy evening and a celebration disco. Throughout their trips they have learned to build fires, work as a team on a low ropes course and explored the beautiful surroundings of the forest. The children are asked to be very independent on these trips and prepare, cook and serve the meals all themselves (included a delicious pizza cooked in a stone oven). We would like to say a big thank you to Mrs Taphouse, Mrs White and Miss Goldwater for taking this group of 30 children on each of these trips.
