It has been another fantastic week in Year 4 with a real range of activities and lessons! In English, we are writing diary entries about an exciting day we have been on and Mrs Aucock and Miss Davies have loved reading these and seeing which children can show off their use of fronted adverbials and pronouns. In maths, we have started a new unit all about multiplication and division. We have been learning what happens to numbers when you multiply and divide by 10 and 100. In History, we have been learning all about the Ancient Greeks and we even had a little go at some Olympic events! We have also been placing significant events on a timeline and learning all about the different government structures of Ancient Greece. In Science, we explored and constructed food chains and now we are learning all about the important role teeth play in the digestive system. Take a look at some of our amazing learning below.
