In Nursery this week we have been reading the story of Little Red Riding Hood. The children have enjoyed learning about the different settings and thinking about what they might hear, see, feel, smell and what it may be like to touch different item. The children came up with some super describing words and phrases: rough tree trunk, slippery slimy mud, and hard rocks.
In maths this week we have been using the words long, short and round. We have been searching the school for long, short, and round objects and made a list of what we had seen.
