This week Year 3 have been trying their hardest with their assessments in maths, reading and writing! We are very proud of the attitude and maturity that they have shown! They have had a positive attitude throughout and been keen to show how brilliant they are and how far they’ve come, and they should all be very proud of themselves, well done.
In Science, we have been talking about ways to protect ourselves from the sun. Make sure you ask your child for some suggestions to see if they can remember. They made some excellent posters too which we’re hoping to put some of up.
Last week we had a brilliant time on our trip to Cadbury world, we hope you have been told all about it! We got to experience the 4D cinema, many for the first time, which the children all loved. We also got to have a go at writing our names in chocolate and watch chocolate being tempered. We were all a little sad it wasn’t exactly like it is in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but we still had a wonderful day – thank you for all of you who made it possible. We also had another group who had an amazing time horse riding, be sure to check Twitter to see the photos each week. We’re hoping the last groups have just as much fun as it has been a wonderful opportunity for all the children and we have loved taking them.
